• V-series is technically designed for metal component, casting iron and coarse-and-semi-finish machining for die-&-mold field, on which the linear motions are composed of ball-type ball-screws and 4-piece box-ways.

Centralized automatic lubrication system

• The centralized automatic lubrication system, of the high-class oil injector, along with copper pipes for the whole lubrication circulation, renders the optimal lubrication effect on the guideways, ballscrews and every key component.

Rear flushing system

• The inclined-plane design on the chassis, together with the rear flushing coolant system makes chip removed effective.

High-rigidity and high-precision mechanical structure

• Main mechanical structures, such as: base, column, saddle, etc., are made of Meehanite casting iron with the process of heat treatment to release the residual stress to ensure every actual miniature movement and to maintain a long-lasting accuracy.
• Of an integral casting iron, the box-shaped base is designed to be supported by 4 pieces of box ways by which the big and high-duty supporting face provides the optimal performance and stability in heavy-duty machining.
• Pre-stretched 3-axis ballscrew effectively refrains from the thermal deformation and uplifts the stability of positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy.
