Structure Design

  • All the main castings, such as base, column and beam are made of high-class Meehanite grade and eliminate the internal stress by the heat treatment to make sure the structural stability and long-lasting accuracy.
  • Box shape beam design, the ladder-typed layout for linear guideways and the wider span for the saddle enable the cutting capacity of the spindle stable and powerful.
  • No counterbalance design on spindle head brings high speed and quick feed response.
  • Fixed end of Z-axis ball screw is located on the lower end to balance the spindle and structural thermal expansion and improves positioning accuracy.
  • 3 axes ball screws adopt pretension design to refrain from the thermal deformation and offer the best accuracy.
  • 3 axes are equipped with roller type linear guide ways.
  • 3 axes feeding motors adopt absolute encoder motors.
  • Base of X axis and coolant tank are equipped with oil skimmer device to extend the lifespan of the coolant.

No-counterbalance design on headstock

  • The no-counterweight structural design on headstock is without stagnant phenomenon caused by inertia and no vibration resulted from the counterweight, but with the agile, quick and stable response in feed.
  • Z-axis linear guideway with 6 blocks ensures good accuracy in long-term operation and long service hours.

Rigid Base Design

  • T-shaped base are made of one-piece casting and with the 3-ply high-rigid mechanical structure to provide the best rigidity and stability.
  • The base is equipped with dual chip augers design to elevate the chip removal rate effectively.

High-precision and high-performance spindle

  • Embedded automatic thermal compensation appliance can effectively refrain from the thermal deformation and surely guarantee the accuracy.
  • The cooling system on the spindle makes sure the temperature stability in spindle operation and restrains from the thermal deformation on the spindle to optimize the machining accuracy.

User Friendly Design

  • Two doors opening design makes the loading/unloading of the workpiece more convenient.
  • Automatic magazine door can effectively protect magazine and workpiece.
  • Fully-enclosed cover provides safe and clean operating environment.
